Apollo is a mobile banking application based in Ethiopia, designed to simplify financial services for users. While the app offers essential features that can greatly benefit its users, its overall usability created significant friction in the user experience.

Users in Ethiopia struggled to find reliable apps for discovering events and booking tickets. The market lacked an integrated, user-friendly solution that addressed these needs end-to-end. I designed a modern, user centered mobile application that streamlines event discovery with personalized recommendations, enables secure booking via local payment gateways, and supports seamless QR based check-in all in one place.

As OSEX scaled to 250+ employees across multiple regions, internal HR operations became increasingly fragmented. This project aimed to design a modern HR dashboard that centralizes people operations, reduces manual work, and gives leadership real time insight into workforce health all while delivering a seamless experience for HR admins, managers, and employees.
